5-Day Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth Safari

Queen Elizabeth National Park is known for its wildlife, including the African buffalo, the Ugandan kob, hippopotamus, giant forest hog, warthog, Nile crocodile, African bush elephant, African leopard, lion, and chimpanzees. Itinerary
Day 1: Entebbe/Kampala
Upon arrival in Entebbe you will be received by our friendly staff and transferred to your hotel in Kampala/ Entebbe. Accommodation at Aura Safaris and Mission Tours has been handpicked to ensure that our guests get the best experience and a taste of Uganda’s culture and hospitality after a long flight.

Accommodation: Entebbe - dinner and 1 night
Day 2: Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast, our tour guide will transfer you to Lake Mburo National Park. After approximately a four hour drive you will reach the park in the afternoon. After Checking-in at the lodge you will have lunch, followed by a boat cruise on the lake. This ride will reward you with sights of hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and zebras. After which you will return to the lodge to relax.
*Optional night game drive can be organised

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early in the morning you will go on a game drive through the park in search of wildlife. You will most likely see the Ugandan kob, zebras, impalas, elephants and buffaloes – just to mention a few! After the game drive you will have lunch and continue on your expedition to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will arrive in the evening for check-in at your lodge.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, you will catch up with the early risers as your driver takes you for the morning game drive. It is an amazing experience as you have a great chance of spotting wild animals like; Buffalo, Uganda kob, Elephants, Hippos, Lions, Leopards, water bucks, warthogs and many other wild animals.
After that excellent drive, you will return to your lodge for relaxation.
After lunch, you will go for an amazing launch cruise on Kazinga Channel where you will have an exciting and unforgettable experience. You shall also be able to see animals like hippos and lots of crocodiles and numerous bird spieces. As you disembark from the boat cruise, you will be met your guide for the drive back to the hotel for your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Kampala/ Entebbe
After breakfast, you will begin your journey back to Kampala. You will stop in Mbarara for lunch. En route to Kampala you will stop at the equator where you can take photos or get traditional souvenirs; and then arrive in Kampala late afternoon.
