6-Day Queen Elizabeth ,Bwindi                     Safari

This package introduces the famous Queen Elizabeth and Bwindi impenetrable National Parks that are positioned to provide a magnificent view of the rift valley floor that occupies Lake Edward and George.Queen Elizabeth  National Park is known for its wildlife, including the African buffalo, the Ugandan kob, hippopotamus, giant forest hog, warthog, Nile crocodile, African bush elephant, African leopard, lion, and chimpanzees. Enjoy the Mountain Gorillas from a close range in Bwindi Impenetrable. Observe the adults feeding and groaning as the youngsters play and move backward and forward in a pleasantly comical demonstration.

Itinerary

Day 1: Entebbe/Kampala

Upon arrival in Entebbe you will be received by our friendly staff and transferred to your hotel in Kampala/ Entebbe. Accommodation at Aura Safaris and Mission Tours has been handpicked to ensure that our guests get the best experience and a taste of Uganda’s culture and hospitality after a long flight.

*Depending on your time of arrival, you may partake in  an optional Excursion

Accommodation: Entebbe - dinner and 1 night 

Day 2:Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will be picked by our guide at 7:00am from Kampala and embark on your journey to the famous Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will briefly stop at the equator for a photo moment and later stop for lunch. As you proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will go on an evening Game drive where you see a number of animal and bird species

Accommodation: Queen Elizabeth - 2 nights and all meals 

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early breakfast, you will catch up with the early risers as your driver takes you for the morning game drive. It is an amazing experience to have great chances of spotting wild animals like; Buffalo, Uganda kob (Uganda national antelope), Elephants, Hippos, Lions, Leopards, water bucks, warthogs and many other wild animals.

After that excellent drive, you will return to your lodge for relaxation. After lunch, you will go for an amazing launch cruise on Kazinga Channel where you will have exciting and unforgettable memories. There also a water sail which provide a magnificent platform for photography taking and across the board game viewing. As you disembark from the boat cruise, you will be met your guide for the drive back to the hotel for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable  National Park

After a relaxed Breakfast, Embark on your journey to the famous Bwindi impenetrable National Park. Enjoy the scenic drive, passing through various local villages and the lush green countryside & hills which characterise so much of south western Uganda. Once you are in the forest park, it is one of the richest ecosystems in Africa and the diversity of species is a feature of the park. It provides habitat for some 120 species of mammals, 348 species of birds, 220 species of butterflies, 27 species of frogs, chameleons, geckos and many endangered species.

Day 5: Bwindi Impentrable National Park

After your breakfast, along with your packed lunch, you will report to the park premises for registration by 8:00am and be briefed by Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger guides. Begin your gorilla trek with experienced guides and trackers who will willingly share with you a lot of information about the history and routine of the Gorillas. The search for these majestic animals will take you through thick untamed rainforest, where you'll be scrambling through deep undergrowth and climbing over mossy rocks, however the encounter is worth the effort. Watching gorillas in their natural habitat is a memory that will last a lifetime.

Day 5: Entebbe

Have a relaxed breakfast at the accommodation with a spectacular view from the lodge. Then begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe as you view beautiful scenery along the way. You will have lunch en route and Stopover at the Equator where you can take Photographs. Thereafter proceed to Entebbe for your onward flight.

**Depending on your time of arrival back to Entebbe you may have an optional Excursion
